Discord emoji downloader

Paste an emoji tag, an emoji link, or a whole message and download every custom emoji in it — one by one or as a ZIP. Stickers and server icons work too, and public servers show their full emoji list.

In Discord, type \ before an emoji and send it — the raw <:name:id> tag appears. Paste one tag or a whole message.

How to get an emoji's tag or link

In any Discord channel, type a backslash followed by the emoji — \:pepe: — and send it. Instead of the picture, Discord shows the raw tag, like <:pepe:123456789012345678>, or <a:name:…> for animated emojis. Copy that message and paste it here; one tag or a whole message full of emojis both work. On desktop you can also right-click an emoji and copy its link.

PNG, GIF, or WebP — and which size

Static emojis download as PNG and animated ones as GIF by default. WebP keeps animation in a much smaller file and works in Discord, browsers, and most chat apps. Emojis are uploaded at up to 128 pixels, so 128 is the sharpest real size; larger sizes are scaled up by Discord's CDN, which helps for slides or stream overlays.

Download every emoji from a server

Discord only shares a server's full emoji list with bots that are members of it — with one exception: servers listed in Server Discovery have a public preview. Paste an invite on the Server tab, and if the server is discoverable you get every emoji and sticker in one ZIP. For other servers, send the emojis you want in a message with backslashes and paste that message instead.

Use downloaded emojis responsibly

Emojis and stickers are served from Discord's public CDN, the same files your Discord app loads, and saving them for personal use is fine. Custom emoji art still belongs to the person who drew it: before uploading someone's emoji pack to your own server, ask the server or the artist, and credit them when you do.

FAQ

Discord emoji downloader FAQ

How do I download an emoji from Discord?

Send the emoji with a backslash before it to see its raw tag, copy the tag or the whole message, and paste it above. Every custom emoji in it appears with a download button and a ZIP option.

How do I find a Discord emoji's ID?

Type \ followed by the emoji and send it: the tag <:name:ID> shows the ID as the long number. On desktop you can also right-click the emoji, copy its link, and read the number in the URL.

Can I download animated Discord emojis?

Yes. Animated emojis have tags starting with <a: and download as GIF or animated WebP. Pasting just an ID works too — the tool checks whether the emoji is animated.

Can I download all emojis from a Discord server?

For servers in Server Discovery, yes: paste an invite on the Server tab and download the whole set as a ZIP. Other servers don't publish their emoji list, so paste a message containing the emojis you want.

How do I download Discord stickers?

Open the Stickers tab and paste the sticker's link or ID — right-click a sticker on desktop and copy its link. PNG, APNG, and GIF stickers download as images; Discord's built-in Lottie stickers download as their animation JSON.

How do I download a Discord server's icon?

Paste any working invite link on the Server tab. You get the server icon at up to 4096 pixels, plus its banner and invite background when it has them — no need to join.
